Almost as soon as we got home from picking apples, we filled my small kitchen with Fran, Amy and Elijah and we made two apple pies! This was the girls' first time to make and taste an apple pie!
Amy had quite the time rolling out her pie crust; and then Elijah did it after her and the girls were just giggling like crazy because Elijah came in there like a pro and rolled it out like it was nothing or like he'd done it before! Too funny!
Uncle John, if you come up for our early Thanksgiving Dinner this weekend- you'll be able to get a taste of the second pie we made and plan to bring! ;) Hope to see you then!

Yes, with fork pokes in it kinda in a circle around the centre.
