2 weeks ago I joined Elijah on a fieldtrip to a local dairy farm. It was a great two-hour tour that included watching a milking of 5 different species of cows, hand-milking a cow, feeding cows, learning about the barn, meeting a 10-day old calf, drinking chocolate milk and eating ice cream! Yum!
the calf's name is Bambi - sure looks like a deer, eh?!
"cheese" or maybe I got him to say "ice cream!"

Pretty interesting/hands on feild trip......milking the cow and all!
I think baby cows are cute :)
