Final Days with May and Ellen

Last Wednesday we sadly said goodbye to Ellen and May - in our last days together we did a number of things, some of which were on a list that we compiled "to do before the girls go home"...
on Sunday we went to a Children's Festival - here they are looking at "the" Aquarium's booth
one of the gifts we gave the girls early in order to pack it in their very full suitcases, was this burnt CD of popular music they got to enjoy here and a huge Enchanted poster to take home and colour:on that list of "to do" things, was to bake a cake together from the new cake book I got for my birthday - we were going to do it for Jason's birthday but couldn't since we went away that weekend, so on Monday we did a Purse cake and took it to share at Grandma's house that nightand another thing was to have another PJ Pizza Picnic with movie in our living room - we did that the last night here, with KFC instead. Funny how something so simple can make an impact!Ellen and May gave us all gifts too - here is Gabi's gift from May, a TY Racoon - an animal she went crazy about while in Canada!so Goodbye my girls! I have already spoken to them on the phone since they went to Toronto for 5 days first before heading home... poor girls, wish I could just keep them here!

So the room is empty and we are preparing now for another two girls to arrive on the 12th.
